I had the most wonderful experience dress shopping today, I found THE dress and couldnt be happier. Beth was amazing, and so attentive, I felt nothing was too much trouble. There was no pressure to purchase anything, they just genuinely wanted to help. Thank you so much!

I had been to the Liverpool wed2be store previously before visiting the Wrexham store. We came on a Saturday in which they were unfortunately down two staff members not that you would have noticed as their customer service was 1000%. We were informed of a small wait time due to demand which was fine as we were still waiting for one of our group to turn up. I was lucky that I knew the style of dress I wanted but didn't find it at the Liverpool Store. I tried on dresses with Kelly and by the second dress she has homed in on exactly what I wanted from my dress. She added off the shoulder straps to a dress I was trying on and it completely made the dress and made it the dress for me. Kelly is a credit to the company and made my experience just perfect and now I'm very excited for my big day.

Where do I start... So I heard about this store from an old colleague. Upon arrival I was greeted by 2 lovely members of the team who signed me in and directed me to the dresses I needed to choose from based on my size. We discussed my these, type of style and also I mentioned my love for harry potter! They left me to look through while they completed there morning tasks which gave me time to take in my surroundings and settle in. The lady came back and informed me that her colleague 'Faith' was also a big Harry Potter as was on her way in to assist my dressing. I was genuinely overwhelmed by the generosity of this lovely human coming in just to help me. From the moment Faith arrived to when I left she was nothing but perfect, nothing was too much and she provided me with whatever I needed and custom made things to cater for my ideas. The whole experience was nothing but perfect and I hope Faith knows that she is truly Inspiring and if my customer service is anything like hers I'll be more than happy. Thankyou for everything and its genuinely gutting that you meet these lovely people and ill more than likely never see you again but you have impacted my day and life in many ways. Thankyou for the best experience.
