Niki is professional in every sense, knows her craft and explained each step of the process in detail making sure I was happy. Great advice on which jewellery to have and thorough aftercare. I did get a bit anxious but Niki was patient and calming to the point where Im looking forward to my next piercing. Wouldnt go anywhere else now and cannot recommend Crystal Point highly enough! Piercing removal - literally took her 2 seconds, was absolutely amazing! Was so worried it was going to be difficult but was in and out within 5 mins! Great service!

We went here because my 14 year old had a piercing she couldn't remove. They were amazing. Just so, so kind. So patient and clear. Beautifully hygienic. The best.

I have used Niki at Crystal Point Piercing for all my piercings. She makes you feel so comfortable and is amazing at what she does Nikki has carried out five of my piercings in total, Ive had healing issues with most and Niki is always more than happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. My most recent trouble was my daith which we had to remove four weeks later when I collected more jewellery Niki reinstalled it unexpectedly and free of charge!
