        Have always had excellent service from lloyds bank. I have been a customer for 30 years. Been with Regent street branch for most of that time and all staff extremely professional.

        As i am always very happy to go to different branches of Lloyds, today was really unpleasant. Rude lady asking questions like she was working there as a punishment or something. At least the advisor was very friendly and helped to sort all of the issues.
