        Rude, unhelpful, disdainful and patronising. They wouldnt let my uncle withdraw money and made me feel like a criminal for helping him buy a car! My uncle lives 16 miles away in a town where the branch is closed and doesnt have access to internet banking. Theyve cost us both time and money, and infuriated me in the process. They are a notoriously bad bank, living up to their reputation. Nobody in their right mind should choose to be their customer.

        Had very good service on a Saturday from Andrew (possibly manager - who I think was from another branch), and another staff member (whos name I didnt note - sorry) - they couldnt have been more helpful. So a shout out to them.
