        Appointment for ear wax removal, was seen on time, the process was clearly explained to me and the costs. All done in a friendly, positive manner in no time at all. Excellent

        Melissa was extremely careful and patient with me, and I didn't have any pain with the microsuction, which I had experienced with other audiologists at other places, as she used the correct sized implements for my very narrow ear canals. She explained things clearly and patiently too, so from now on, I won't be going anywhere else!

        Had a great experience here, lovely environment, central location. Managed to get an appointment next day whereas other places were booked up for months. Appointment lasted barely 20 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better experience really!
