        Booked online, receieved an email confirming the journey the day before. Never turned up and when I called 10 mins after they were due to pick us up to take us to the airport they said they wouldn't accept a job like that because it was too far from them to pick up...no apology for just not bothering to turn up. I replied to confirmation email later on to show them that they had accepted the job....they didn't bother to reply. Only book if you are sure you have a way of getting to the airport when they let you down!
