It's a very nice looking place, but no one knows how to operate the "smart", green features of the building! There are skylights (cupola) for venting the hot air out of the building, but they are incorrectly tied to the smoke venting system of the fire alarm or no one knows how to operate them. As a result, I've seen 34C in the offices!!!! How can one work at those kind of temperatures?
