I'm not normally one to get involved but I saw the negative review for your business and i am a bit confused and annoyed by it. I was actually in the car park when the dog bolted out of the pet shop, followed closely by a man and a woman. I finished my business and returned to my car, as i was driving off I saw them returning with the dog. It was only about 15-20 minutes later not 2 hours like the negative review says. I looked around and there are a lot of units with CCTV cameras on them, so if this person does go to trading standards I'm sure that they will be proved as exaggerating. I understand that it is bad for this to happen but to slate your business and blatantly lie is not very honest so I felt like that I had to speak up. I wish you all the very best and hope that people don't judge you by that review. Everyone makes mistakes I'm glad the dog is alright.

Absolutely amazing dog groomers, and I will be using this service every time I need a dog groomers. The person grooming is highly professional and looked after my dog so well! My dog hates going and he bounced in there. I will 100percent be returning.

Never ever use shampoochie Baglan industrial Est totally irresponsible Dog groomers, let Esme run out, no reason or excuse.. 2 hours later after looking all around, we got her back.. Trading standards will be informed of the lack of safeguarding placements to protect our pets, discusting, thankfully she is unharmed freezing cold shaking and hiding in a bush. We had a feeling something was wrong and rang them numerous times and no answer. Maybe not so lucky for the next dog
