We recently had a tiled insulated roof put on our conservatory. What a team. Brilliant service throughout. We are delighted with the end result thank you. Highly recommended.

Fine until you need them to fix something. It'd all good when it's first done but been trying to get them to sort the doors that have dropped again and you can't get them to come out. Called over a month ago and was told I was added to the support list still nothing. Email their support address and do not get a reply end up with a very expensive conservatory with triple glazed units and I can see daylight through the doors. Try call them and the numbers are always engaged I am now having to pay someone to come out and sort them for me. I'm worried what would happen if something really big went wrong if I can get them out to adjust some doors.

Avoid if possible. Initially a great job but awful after care. We have had an internal garage door fitted which is not suitable to fire spec, was meant to be changed, 2 years on still waiting. We also had a front door which has dropped twice. Numerous calls to center, just hang up on us, say they will phone back but nothing. We have emailed threatening legal Action and still nothing! Did not want to go down this route but no other options. Please avoid, as you won't get your guarantee. Just look at the last few reviews....all bad.

Very pleased with exchange of roof on our conservatory thanks to Callum, Niall, & Jacob A rated should be very proud of these excellent workers very well manered team very please nd will recommend them and folllowing on we had Craig the plasterer what a man another superb worker and also very polite take a massive pride in his work a rated firm with an a rated plaster very neat clean worker
