This followed transitional sessions of 1 hour a week for several weeks throughout the summer. These sessions greatly helped our son to adapt to his new environment. The staff were exceptional with us as a family. Their patience and understanding with our questions and worries about this very big change in our sons life were extremely important and appreciated.
The result of this has been a relaxed, happy and settled start to college life. He loves college and this means the world to us.
The staff are welcoming, motivated and enthusiastic and always have time for any questions or concerns. We have a detailed day diary which is so important with non verbal young adults, and this includes activities and emotions. His day includes a wide variety of activities including being outside in the fresh air.
We highly recommend this amazing college.
