        Shocking service for a legal professional. I'm now in the process of having to change solicitors as Ann Marie Roberts made such poor progress and my buyer couldn't believe how rude my solicitor was. I must add that she lost my drivers licence and never replied or called me back. Sorry I said service as none was given. Made me think twice who I instruct. Glad to see the owner have move her position now, shame it took so long....

        AVOID !! JOKE SCAMMERS I googled 'commercial conveyancing' & Stephens Wilmot came up as one of the top' options. I called & politely requested a quote for an auction purchase, but a obnoxious snotty woman was only interested in where I'd found their number, she declared it wasn't on google & demanded to know what site I'd used !? Then she insisted on trying to email some kind of questionnaire. Unbelievable !? The very last thing on her mind was providing any resemblance of a service or assistance ! Either this company is a scam bogus cover to harvest your details or she requires immediate dismissal. Either way I would suggest you avoid like the plague !!!
