With great regret I would encourage anyone not to make any wedding bookings with this florist. On the day of our wedding she delivered the wrong flowers and parts of the order were incorrect, the flowers were also dead and attempts had been made to spray paint the flowers. This resulted in us having to source alternative flowers from other florists on the wedding morning which was incredibly stressful. We still have not received any apology from the florist and her response to this complaint has never been dealt with. What was supposed to be the most relaxed and fun morning getting ready for my wedding was totally destroyed by the poor service received. I have been advised by the florist that she will no longer be trading in 2023 but again, this appears to be another lie to avoid any fall back on herself. So so disappointed and let down. I really expected more and this review was a last straw having given her over 6 months to provide some resolution. At all costs, do not book her.

Kristy was the absolute dream booking for our wedding day. We postponed our wedding and she stuck with us over a year from our initial booking. Finding a vendor that is not only highly creative, knowledgable, fairly priced and absolutely hilarious is a tough ask but shes everything and more!! I knew what I wanted in colour and flowers and textures but Kristy has the knowledge and the eye to elevate and take your vision to the next level. The flowers she delivered were the cherry on the cake of an amazing day and they made such an impact to the photos and the vibe of the venue and I was blown away that she nailed the annoyingly specific brief I gave her. Kristy is a brilliant florist but also a brilliant friendly ear and always happy to help. She was amazing at keeping in touch with me and letting me know when things were changing and she handled so much change in 2020/21 to weddings and deliveries etc she delivered above and beyond what I imagined and Im eternally grateful. Absolutely cant recommend her enough.
