Meddygfa Taf

I came in today incredibly distressed (and visibly so) crying out to urgently speak to someone. Although the receptionist was lovely, I was standing there a while before they bothered to acknowledge my presence. All they could offer me was a phone call, and nobody ever rang. This was mental health related, and I had no idea where else to turn. I feel completely ignored and have no faith in this practice supporting me in the future, even though I am a registered patient! If youre in desperate need for help but dont have a pre-booked appointment, dont bother trying here.

I've lived in many places in the UK and used many GPs. This is by far the best in terms of availability and how much they care. The receptionists are always lovely too.

Went in with concerns about my chest and needed a referral to another practice and they proceeded to take days to get back to me and when they finally did call me it was about me coming in on my own at seven in the evening with a male doctor as a 16 year old about a gender paper form which was never brought up or relevant to the pain I was going through. Do better!!
