Couple of weeks ago 8am ish, after doing a night shift as a nurse, pulling out slowly of place of work checking to see if my way was clear, along comes a splash plumbing van blasting his horn, giving me rude hand gestures and clearly shouting at me. Gob smacked. My colleague was also with me we were just. WHAT!!! The road both ways, apart from the young bearded splash man was totally clear. Ironically printed on the back doors was friendly family business!! Hmm not so sure , this was hopefully a one off but just soooo unnecessary rite??

Chris was honest and more than helpful and although we couldn't use his plumbing skills, his positive advice was really apreciated.

Have to say I was very impressed with the service I received last week to fix a faulty towel rail. The problem was unusual but with perseverance the Engineer found it and fixed it. I can't recommend him enough, he was polite, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable, sorry I didn't get his name but he was a lovely young man and a credit to his employer.
