I rang Morgans to have boiler looked at! Lady on reception helpful and booked a technician for the week after! I paid an 85 as she said he is booked for the hour call out and would take a look at boiler and fix there and then if can! Technician arrived on time looked at boiler for 10mins literally looked and took my word for what was wrong with boiler! Not a screw driver insight! Said he would order parts! Went back to van and sat in van for the other 50 mins and drove off dead on the hr got an invoice saying how much repair would be! 360+ On top of the 85 Id paid for nothing! Had a second opinion and it wasnt what Morgans thought it was and had it fixed for 60! Disgusting and I even said this to the lady who phoned to see if I got the invoice. So they have 85 for doing nothing bar diagnosing a fault that wasnt even correct. Service: Water heater repair
