Metro Rod (Mid Wales)

Tom Emberton attended on 28 April to fix a blocked rainwater drain of ours. Not only did he get here incredibly quickly following the logged call but he fixed the problem very efficiently with pressured flushing. He also 'went the extra mile' and suggested a water butt to reduce pressure on the soakaway in future as the drain in question is served by a large roof area. He was very enthusiastic about his work and I would have no hesitation in recommending Metro Rod Mid Wales: a brilliant service!

The engineer Chris Croft is a very kind, friendly and helpful. After reporting the blockage matter, he called me and arrived my house within two hours. He is very professional and gave me very good advice. Just in one hour, my problem could be solved.

Chris (Croft) attended at our property to do the gutters and I have to say he went above and beyond. With removing an empty bird's nest that had appeared on one of the roofs to getting rid of the sycamore leaves that were literally growing in every gutter drain at the property. The gutters and drains are once more free from dirt and detritus accumulated over the winter. Excellent job - thank you

I called at 3pm and an engineer was at the property within an hour to clear a blocked drain. The job was complete within half an hour. I cannot ask for better service. Chris Croft did a sterling job :)
