Thist practice has gone to absolute shambles; been waiting tore an appointment for 3 years keeps getting cancelled the morning of appointment! used to be brilliant.

Absolutely shambles of a service from My Dentist in Welshpool! Absolutely fuming!! Appointment for broken tooth with Zarah Mansha cancelled again, an hour before my appointment. Does she actually work here??! Last year the same happened 3 times before I was eventually seen months later by Sumaiyah (who was excellent). It used to be a great service before My Dentist took over. Now if you're NHS they don't care at all.

Awful, 35 years of going to this practice thats been very good in the past. But unfortunatley its poor service from start to finish, All my appointments have been cancelled multiple times over the past 18 months, but finally get an appointment, fill in the forms they request you too, turn up on time to be told sorry we messaged you an hour ago to say your appointment was cancelled. It was 09:15, I had taken time off work, paid to park up the town. I showed them the messages I had recieved from mydentist none of which are showing a cancelled appointment. 3 days on I still havent recieved the message of cancellation, the receptionists just looked as if to say it wasnt there fault surely a simple phone call to let me know would'nt of hurt. No wonder the Practice has so many negative comments all over social media they dont help themselves. I have sent an e-mail of complaint and still recieved no response. This is a poor service for the people of Welshpool although most are heading to nearby towns for a much better service.

They are shocking everyone spoken to had had to leave as they keep cancelling appointments not once but every time so you only get in once a year if lucky . There work is shocking not to just myself but to other dentist . Its more a training dentist for the new ones . The manager has said they cant cope anymore . Ive moved to a private one and in long run will save money as you need more work doing by the time you get into this practice . Long chat with the manager had shocked me the things he said . And he knows they are getting it so so wrong . So glad to see the back of them . Ive even witnessed people running back in bleeding so much from there work and they Also broke one of my teeth trying to fix a different one there so bad at there work .

Finally got appointments for me and my children having switched dentists. Unfortunately only got to this point after several postponements before changing.
