Baby & Us Hypnobirthing

We learned about aspects of birth that we hadn't even considered, and felt equipped to discuss them confidently with medical professionals to work towards the birth that was right for us. All along we both grew to trust our instincts, which proved to serve us well, as did the knowledge and relaxation methods we had been taught.

Anna's hypnobirthing course helped us prepare for the birth we wanted whilst giving us the confidence to address issues when things didn't go 100% to plan. We felt calm during the final months of pregnancy and during labour, and we look back on our son's birth with very positive feelings

Anna came to our house for a 1:1 course. We covered every aspect of birth, and also hypnobirthing techniques to deal with different situations. I truly feel that completing the course allowed me to remain calm and focused throughout my labour. It empowered us to not be afraid to question aspects of our care we were unsure about. Through using KG Hypnobirthing techniques we achieved a lovely birth experience. Thanks Anna!x
