This company is a joke - leaving a couple in their late 70's in a dangerous and illegal situation. They poorly installed the VERY expensive stove back in summer and left it unfinished and unsealed to the cavity wall. Months have passed we are in late November and they still have not returned to finish their poor workmanship or certify the stove as safe claiming they are too busy. They have not commissioned the stove or produced a HETAS safety installation certificate. However they said use the stove unfinished it will be fine! To an elderly couple how disgusting! This is illegal and they will be reported. They should have their HETAS compliance revoked. Avoid these people at all costs if you value your life and that of your loved ones.

Fantastic showroom with a large variety of stoves and options for hearths, beams and surrounds. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always ready to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended.
