Co-op Food - Usk - Bridge Street

I am a local resident who uses the coop now and again though I try not to go there because of the attitude of some staff. (mainly the older staff.) When you have a problem with the self service area they huff and puff and tut at you roll there eyes as if its an inconvenience to them that Ur actually shopping there and it's your fault the machines are not operating as they should. ( This is part of there employment ) maybe they should retire. Also very often the prices are higher than marked on the shelf when you get to checkout. And when you ask is the price wright you often get the eye roll and bad attitude. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate.. I go to the one stop as they are always very polite and happy. Nothing is too much trouble.

Absolutely gobsmacked at the level of rudeness we have just experienced from a female member of staff. A whole other level! Cannot believe anyone would employ her let alone in a customer service role! Shocking attitude and complete lack of basic manners! Wow Co-op, sort it out!

Great shop for the white Usk community. My mixed raced girlfriend went there and received terrible treatment by the shop assistant. While she was browsing, the shop assistant put a hand up in her face and said: You need to step back! She was literally just browsing and checking prices! Absolutely disgusting. Move on with times!
