        This Post office is improving a lot. Wish the people running it good luck. Now sells Birthday cards and other cards. I think it now offers full banking and Post Office facilities.4 stars good luck for the future.

        This post office isnt what it was under the previous post mistress. The staff are more interested in being on there phone and arguing with you. As a local I will certainly be boycotting.

        Offers a useful service to the local community especially in these difficult times. Customer service could be improved though. The woman who runs it does not seem very enthusiastic about her job.

        It's an OK post office. The lady who runs it is a bit of an old battle-axe, so prepare your ears if you mishear or question anything! Prices are as you'd expect from RM - not particularly cheap! But that's not their fault. RM are currently running a bit of a scam (not exclusive to Magor (UK wide)), with the mock letterbox which they put your parcel through to determine price. It's much narrower than any letterbox I've ever seen, so be warned. The post office was much nicer about 20 years ago. A much more welcoming place with friendlier staff. But I digress.
