I didnt know what to expect from a biomechanics training session but I found it extremely interesting to look at a new way to train the body. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional he explained everything really well so that I able to get the most benefit from the session. Very much enjoyed

I wasn't sure what to expect from functional patterns training but I knew I needed to try something different because nothing I've tried has helped my leg pain. It's still early days but the training with Scott is fantastic. He's very knowledgeable, and patient, and has an excellent training style. I'm learning and improving with each session - I can feel this is a totally different style of movement, you're using your whole body in a very natural way (Scott explains this all excellently so you can understand exactly why each movement is important). I highly recommend Scott if you've tried regular physio exercises, pilates or yoga to relieve pain (nerve, joint, back etc) and it hasn't worked. If you have a sit down job, don't move around too much, or simply feel like you're getting older and need to start thinking about your well-being, then give Scott a go!
