Cheers lads. Pulled it back.. they fixed the problem and ended the story well.. Honest and decent price for the work done, just a shame it took longer than I'd have liked..

My gwalia garage story so far.. Engine management lights come on so book the van in.. 2 weeks as they're very busy.. fair 2 weeks later they take van in and I receive an SMS about 5h later.. diagnostic complete - egr valve problem - ready to collect Quick call - did you fix the problem? No come back in a week and we'll fix it 1 week later the egr valve has been changed but we've found a further problem - fair - can you fix it ? Yeah bring it back next week and we'll do it 1 week later - did you fix the problem? No didn't get to start the vehicle today, will be tomorrow Tomorrow comes and at 4pm I call.. is it ready - probably by the end of the day - I turn up and it's still in bits It'll be ready tomorrow! Come to collect the van out of hours and the key hasn't been left where arranged Wyn comes round to give me the key - great of him as it's now Sunday evening Happy now, I turn the key and the van is still in the same situation as when I called them now 4 weeks ago Let's see where this story goes from here, I'm hoping you'll pull it out of the bag I'm giving 2 stars as they've been great at facilitating the fact that I live in the van and have needed in and out daily to sleep and eat
