        Spoke on the phone today with two lovely ladies on the singer helpline whose names I sadly do not remember but they both provided great help and were excellent. The first one provided helpful feedback even though I didn't have the sewing machine in front of me because I was on my lunch break and then when I called again at 4 after work the other lady I spoke to was also wonderful and took me through all the necessary troubleshooting steps and now everything works perfectly. Excellent service.
