Really impressed with the customer service, as well as the products. Our hot tub took 11 months to arrive but we were kept updated throughout. Mitch was fab and Simon always helpful too! Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a good quality hot tub or consumables

Visited the showroom in Cardiff on Sat morning..a very warm welcome and a great conversation with staff...talked about hot tubs in general and how sturdy and long lasting they are these days....we have had ours for over 4yrs now and get it serviced every year.....great feeling when using it, and would def recommend even in the climate we find ourselves with regard to higher energy bills....Cardiff Hotspring is the place to go for anything to do with hot tubs and also your chemicals...great service

Well I was debating for a long time to get one. now it's fitted and up and running I cant believe it was even a debate. From the initial showroom visit to the delivery date and installation Mitch kept us fully informed. Installation was done in a very efficient and un interrupted fashion we didn't even know they were working in the garden. We have used the HotSpring Relay every night and loving every minute of it. Looking forward to many years of pure bliss relaxing whilst letting all my aches and pains float away. Thanks Mitch you made all this really easy and straight forward even down to choosing the right Hot tub for us.
