Very disappointed with this company. Had our chimneys cleaned a few months ago in our new home that hadn't been lived in for a few years so needed a good clean. Have only used our Rayburn a couple of times since as it's been to warm but have noticed that it hasn't been drawing air very good or not at all. So now we are in autumn and going to start using it often I wanted a second opinion on the chimney's and to make sure it wasn't the Rayburn at fault. I am disgusted to say that there was a blockage 3m up that was discovered by the 2nd chimney sweep ( different company). Took a total of an hour to remove and 2x dustbins full of sticks and stuff. If we would have continued to use the chimney as is it would have 100% resulted in a fire or worse death by carbon monoxide. Llanelli chimney sweep is a disaster waiting to happen and I will be reporting him. I hope this helps future customer's of his Not use him. Service: Chimney cleaning
