I have been with Rachaels classes for over 5 years. They are suitable for all levels, goals set and driven to succeed, all with fun. She is very welcoming but be prepared to work! I saw benefits in increased fitness and tone after a short space of time. I started to run a few years ago and developed a variety of leg based injuries. NHS physios tried their best but I was limited to around 5k, moved to PT sessions with Rachael who analysed my injuries and set a plan of work to strengthen various areas and muscles groups with the current culmination being two half marathons so far. Well worth a try if you are thinking of starting your fitness journey or feel that injuries are stopping your progress.

I have health and mobility issues Rachael has taken these into full account when producing my PT program. She adapts the sessions based on my health that day / week I have lost weight, started to get body shape, improve mobility, improve mental health and improving my overall health Rachael is very professional, friendly, discreet, helpful and very knowledgeable I also attend a few of the classes on line and she has informed / shown me how to adapt certain exercises in class so I can still do it, maintaining effectiveness with my restricted movement. I will not go to anyone else.

I absolutely love doing the classes, extremely worth it. The classes are very rewarding and Rach, the PT, is absolutely amazing. I wouldnt have anyone else giving me such good advise for more than just exercise. She has a very detailed diet plan and if you suffer with certain injuries she is very accommodating and gives you your own stretches to do outside of classes. I would recommend Shelite Fitness to anyone looking to lose weight and to active people looking to continue working on their fitness and strength!

Rachel is very professional. I am Head swimming coach of Heads of the valley swimming club, where Rachael has provided strength and conditioning sessions for my swimmers both over zoom and outdoors. My swimmers gained in core strength and flexibility which were invaluable for their return to the pool. Rachael provided weekly motivation and tasks to inder take with appropriate rewards which both swimmers and parents enjoyed. I cant thank her enough for our swimmers. On a personal note she has provided me with excellent PT and exercise sessions and motivated me to attend. Thank you
