My absolute best advice is to use someone else. Appear professional at the beginning but I would agree with a previous reviewer - they over specify and the costs go way beyond their original quote. Proceed with absolute caution

My advice is to make very sure that the "bespoke" specification that you receive is actually that, bespoke, and not massively over-specified. Over-specification means that they can CYA in terms of needs and sell you more product for more money. They will also want to pre-install everything onto a sheet of ply and then just deliver and connect up. Fine if you have a large pump room with an empty wall. Not helpful if you are tight on space. My overall bill, once including my own plumber to provide connections and my own chippy to build cabinets and insulation, was going to come to about 4x the initial estimate. I went elsewhere. Manager ultimately a gentleman though. Thank you.

Spent a lot of time discussing my requirements and was assured that I would be provided with something that would accommodate my requirements of a high flow rate. However when the equipment and staff arrived for the install I just got an off the shelf system screwed to a ply board which had smaller pipework than the rest of my house. When I challenged them about this saying it had to be a choke in the system, all they said was that if it doesn't work they'll look into it. I also paid full rate for a novice who didn't even know how to connect plastic pipework which meant there was a massive leak at installation and then another leak that had to be fixed a couple of weeks later. I got an off the shelf system when I was expecting something bespoke, I really wish I had gone somewhere else but these guys give a hard sell and call you almost daily to ask whether you've decided to go ahead. I went local and accepted a really high price (3600 which they added to after the installation) for less than a day's work thinking I would get good customer service. I am really disappointed with the installation and the lack of customer service and haven't had the opportunity to test the system yet (it's in a conversion). Really worrying and stressful. My recommendation - go elsewhere.
