Visited today about 2-30 and there were about 5 people outside. Asked the folk to see if it's open and they said yes but only 4 people aloud un at the time. (I thought i was back in the Covid lockout era) Eventually got in after about a 15-20 minutes and when i was ready to be served i counted how many workers were behind the counter and there were 12 employees working (Mostly gossiping) Got seen too once bought what i needed. Very unprofessional and haven't got a clue how to run a bath nevermind a Pharmacy! The pharmacy is huge and only 4 people allowed in at a time
