This week I decided to retire from Acorn Travel after Being with them 20 happy years. The first few years with their other Company Southern Trimmers. I would like to thank Dave and Elinor for their fantastic gifts to me. My last day was very emotional and the send off I received was amazing Also thanks to Craig and David John for their gifts and their efforts on my last day No doubt I will be popping in to see you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Excellent firm stood in last minute when let down by another coach company TWM , driver Tony went above and beyond to help people living dementia for a very enjoyable trip to paignton, will definitely use this company time and time again

Really good!!!!!!! Craig was really helpful and kind on the phone too my 85 years old mother. He made it really easy for her to understand and done his best to pick her up close to her home. Thank you Craig hope to see you on the bus.

Booked to go on a Christmas Market trip, was told would be advised pick up times 3 days before. No other communication up to 3 days before. Called to confirm pick up times to be told I would be called back the following morning (Friday, the trip was booked for the Sunday) To say if the trip was going ahead. Didn't actually get a call back, had to call again and was told by the gentleman that he was in the office on his own, the trip was cancelled as my party of 3 were the only ones booked on it. Absolutely ridiculous service, surely a travel company offering so many day trips would have a better admin process. Leaving it to the customer to chase and be told 2 days before that the trip was cancelled when clearly they would have known at the start of the week that only 3 people were booked on it. I'm sure the trips that actually go ahead are great but it doesn't fill you with any confidence in the company should something go wrong. Refund was given and back in bank on the Monday.
