Called Mark at 4pm today asking for quote to replace a broken roof tile, hes just called round ( in his way home) and replaced the tile; all done by 5 pm. Thats service ! Thank you Mark definitely recommend this local tradesman.

Mark and his team installed a roof for me on a newly built extension . They turned up on time when they said they would. Worked in horrendous weather to get the job finished before Christmas and communication has never an issue always get a response The standard of workmanship and also the finish is excellent. I have received many compliments about the standard of finish from the other contractors and building inspector. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark.

I have tried on numerous occasions to get hold of Mark as I phoned him when I had a problem about snow coming into my attic. He did send someone to have a look and they said there was a fault in the manufacturing of the roof caps when I tried to get hold of Mark to see what was going to be done about it he just does not get back in touch. I think he is waiting for the warranty to run out. If you want your roof done go somewhere else as he does not provide a good customer service.

Can't get him back to sort out lose tiles which is a shame as the roof looked great. I had promise after promise but now won't return my calls which I am disappointed about as I didn't think he was that type of business man.
