i was anaemic with my last pregnancy and had only two weeks to get my Hemoglobin up before birth, and wouldn't have had a chance with traditional iron tablets, plus the nasty side effects of Ferrous sulfate tablets, so I had 7 sachets a day in orange juice for two weeks and by the next blood test my hemoblogin had raised by a full point!
Ferrous sulfate tabs can only raise your HB by 0.2 points a week, so the doctor was amazed!
i had no nasty tummy from using Spatone like you get with the tablets too!
