I took my car there with a diagnostic code, also told them 4 spark plugs had been changed a few days ago and 1 coil. asked for them to let me know a price etc. no communication with them had a my car a whole day. My server rang the following day to be told it was done the put 4 new spark plugs in (binned the new ones I told them that were put it) because apparently 1 wasnt working! Then changed 2 coils! Why would you do work on a car without letting the owner know prices. When we re told them we arent too happy about spark plugs being thrown out as we only just bought them a changed them they took some money off!!

Trefnant Garage is a well run operation featuring well trained office and engineering staff not only for Mercedes but other marques too. The premises affords straightforward parking and accessibility. Finding your way there is a cinch: it is situated off the main A535 Denigh-Rhyl Rd in Trefnant so it is easily located for drivers from either Denbigh and the South, Rhyl to the north, and Bodfari and Mold towards the east.
