Hafren Forest Bunkhouse

Rooms: Rooms are multiple occupancy, with single beds and a bunk. Clean and comfortable with views to die for out every window. Nearby activities: Bird watching nature watching, star gazing, relaxation, there is several dams and the old lead works to visit, a local vegan coffee shop. Walkability: Access is via single track well paved roads, plenty of walks in the local area.

Wow! What an amazing location! The views from every window are breathtaking. We stayed here as 3 family groups for a new year break and the size of the property was perfect. The children loved being able to all share a room together. The accomodation is furnished to an excellent standard and literally has everything you could ever need, and more! The Xmas games, decs and tree were all lovely. The log burner made it feel very cosy too. Sarah and Darren were great at communicating with us leading up to our stay and helped answer any questions we had. It was lovely to meet them at the property when we arrived for a guided tour! We had a really lovely forest walk and the following day we visited the old lead mine and dam. The view from the dam was fabulous. The only thing we didn't get to use was the outdoor firepit in the woods as we ran out of time but what a good excuse to return! Thank you both for a lovely stay! *****
