Sold the vehicle with full knowledge of issues and didn't declare it. Don't recommend!

Initially very friendly, seemed keen and wanted to help, but their word seems to be worth very little and no follow through. We were looking to buy a van and we were assured they would take about 2 weeks to find one for us. They encouraged me to sell my van privately and then inform them with approximately a 2 week window. Being a bit unsure after reading previous negative reviews, we thought wed give them the benefit of the doubt but gave them 6 weeks to find me a van. I called each week for the first 3 weeks being informed every time they would message me with updates, but nothing. Always an excuse one way or the other. Finally it is now the night before Ive agreed to sell my vehicle and come tomorrow we dont have a van. When I spoke to them tonight they said they havent bought stock because they dont want to be out of pocket.an excuse that is irrelevant to me, theyve at no point informed me that they wont purchase me one, when highlighted the worth of their word the response was Ill take that on the chin. Their advice was to buy privately, which is all well and good but come tomorrow I still have no van! MY ADVICE: steer-clear!! They cant be at all trusted, no apology, no accountability.. save yourself time, hassle and peace of mind! I will never EVER again consider them as a reputable company. Very disappointing.

Awful experience with buying a car here it was returned 4 times for repairs and each time came back in the same state , great on the day we bought it but absolutely hopeless after . Such a shame because I really thought they were decent guys .

Van was delivered/driven all the way from Wales. Dropped of at night.guy was in a rush to get to train station so was dark couldn't see all the cosmetic faults. He left quickly got keys the van didn't lock.was told repairs were done which they weren't, dodgy mot put on van.oil leak , bad brakes. Soot all.over head liner.part missing from wiper stock.broken glove box.clutch about to go.loss of power, rotten panels the list goes on.had to get an independent engineers report. Been phonecall after phonecall now I'm being ignored and left with 11k finance. Van has been sitting parked up for months. Stay away from these guys the reviews which are 5 star probably just after receiving cars give it a few weeks and the vehicles will fail or something will be wrong. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. 10 months down the line and my van is sitting rotting at the side of the road and stuck having to pay for it until its sorted out. Honestly take your money to a more reputable dealership even if it means spending a few hundred more for peace of mind. Update they won't fix the van even though are liable and have proof they said they would fix it and rectify
