        Needed an urgent medication for my daughter a few weeks back and the pharmacist Sarah was very helpful and polite even though she was extremely busy. Sorted everything out for me and nothing was too much trouble. 5* service.

        Only decent thing about this boots is a small amount of staff. But the time the pharmacy takes for items is a joke, over half an hour waiting outside for some antibiotics for a 2 year old. There was another person waiting longer outside. Shambles!
