    AVOID. Where to begin. Upon inspecting a vehicle before placing a deposit down an agreement was made between myself and the dealers to fix a few faults with the car (no wing mirror and few other bits). Paid deposit, on the day of collection which was a Friday, NONE of the work that was promised was carried (except for a cheap tip-ex standard cover up on the paintwork) the boy who handed me the keys to the car was more interested in attending a stag do and took off before handing me any paperwork (didnt even wait to take a payment and had the valet take the payment from me) was unable to tax the car for the weekend as wasnt handed new keeper green slip. Had contacted the boy who arranged to meet me on the Sunday at the car sales for paperwork, never showed up, didnt even answer phone. at that point had owned the car for 3 days before being able to drive the car I just bought. Showed up at the dealership on the Monday to finally receive new keeper green slip to have the boy tell me he didnt show up to meet me on the Sunday or answer his phone due to being hungover (great customer service there) Have been back and forth several times while under the standard dealership warranty with faults they were unable to rectify (had to go out of my own way to buy a diagnostic tool to read the faults) at the point of this they refused to fix these faults as the dealership warranty had run out. Been in contact a few months ago via their Facebook page to ask them if they have sent off for a new log book as is their responsibility, that was at 4 months of owning the car and no paperwork in my name. Tax is up on the car now and unable to tax it as I have to wait for a new log book to arrive in my name, so I have a car I cannot drive. Had nothing but trouble, spend your money elsewhere instead of with these clowns.

    Bought a Twingo RS from these guys, always answered my questions the same day, got a free tank of fuel, 12 months mot and fresh oil so nothing to worry about for a while! just great communication, would highly recommend very easy to deal with! The car has been amazing ever since I bought it back in October, was worth the travelling from Sheffield! Cheers( abit late review lol ) edit.they also offered to fix the cluster, very common problem on the twingos where the led bulbs bleed and are visible at night very dim but been a very common problem it was pointless, as said amazing service and very helpful!

    If you intend to visit and buy a car from this garage then please don't. We had the most horrendous experience from beginning to end- The staff don't have a clue about customer service The valet should be sacked The lies and excuses they made about the car and the delivery were ridiculous The car was filthy on delivery and they said they didn't realise...it was actually driven to us so unless you are blind then you have to be dishonest We never received an MOT certificate No V5 No warranty document They had emptied the boot of the spare wheel and all equipment and we waited 7 weeks for them to replace it Within the first week we had to buy a new battery. The original was faulty and there was no bracket holding it in place Don't expect them to call you, you'll need to do all the chasing What an absolute shambles this business is. Take your money somewhere else and don't get treated badly like we did!
