Waste of time only managed to have one conversation on the phone .. not picking up the phone and when it was answered.. call was ignored and then phone was busy .. Appalling customer services!!

Did not see my review on here. So I've put it on again. Cannot fault Lisa And Dapper. Both are amazing people. Nicest people in Tredegar. Five stars are not enough for these two. 1 million stars they deserve. What an amazing customer experience. Needed lino for my kitchen as housing association lino was rubbish. Also, same needed for my newly painted bathroom. Wasn't sure what would look good where. So after many recommendations and suggestion from my good friend who has had carpets put down a few times over the years by this company I took her recommendation and visited this company. Was greeted with a friendly warm welcome, and Lisa really went out of her way to help me pick the perfect lino for my kitchen and bathroom. The price with fitting was amazing and the quality of this company's products are fantastic. Lisa's husband dapper visited me, took measurements, and was brilliant. Came at the agreed time and was so friendly and respectful. He and his colleague did an amazing job for me, and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I strongly recommend this business for not only their quality of products, carpets lino etc but for their very good pricing, friendly, warm welcome towards customers and the excellent work they carry out. Best decision I've made in relation to the lino and best money I've spent in a long time. You'll be hard to beat this business. They have a great reputation for excellence.
