Fraudulent site.... hired a vehicle Saturday to Sunday was asked to return the car on Monday due to damage caused by attempted break ins to the drop box. Returned vehicle as requested and received returns slip, 10 days later they debited bank for late return that their operator requested. Be warned very deceptive site that will be reported to FSA and bank for fraud. Customer services were terrible so had to go back over where the site agent helped sort out their issue so updated review slightly. Still not heard form the so called Customer service team though. Was corrected after numerous phone, emails and a return visit to site.

Eurocar provided me with a courtesy car while my renault electric car was in the shop being fixed. The first car they give me was massive like a tank compared to my little zoe, I used it 3 times and had to stop because it was too low for me to drive because I am disabled with a bad back, they came with another car which was a bit better but on the day I had the other car Europcar tried to take 33 out of my bank account without telling me, good job I didn't have enough money in my bank. I am not a happy customer
