        Didn't do at all what I asked. I asked to go blonde and not be dark. HairPlay put blonde foils with dark brown hair dye between blonde foils with out discussing it with me. The roots are uneven because the foils weren't placed fully up to the root! The left front side is patchy blond and the right front side is dark brown. I have big clumps of platinum blond on the top left side and lots of brown and blonde mixed on the top right side. Really unprofessional attitude and I felt that when I called to complain HairPlay acted very unprofessionally! My scalp was scrubbed so hard that I had little cuts all over my scalp. They offered me another appointment on Tuesday 17th of December I explained I couldn't get child care, I was told it's that or nothing. Having my hair done was a Christmas present and now I'm going to have awful patchy hair for Christmas!! If I could give zero stars instead of one I would!!
