That statement should suffice, however there are more elements to describe the story.
I have been in the past to bigger brands and I seen the sparkling luxury of high life where the vending machines are sophisticated and the prices give you palpitations.
But here the approach is simpler but very efficient, the staff I know is warmer nicer friendly and approachable. They have the human touch you can't find in bigger places. Of course there are elements which needs more attention like the condensation, the blue paper towel replacement or the poor beaten boxing bag...
But their friendliness helpfulness, warm and kind friendly approach to customers relatively good exercising space and realistic prices, makes me be a loyal customer.
