I was recently bought a groupon voucher and called studio 9 to book in. I spoke to Kirsty who was massively helpful; talked me through the process and what to expect. When talking about my personal circumstances, Im not able to progress with the treatment but was made aware of why, and what I could do in the future in order to progress. Even talked me through how to get a refund from Groupon when Im able, will definitely be getting back in touch with Studio 9; seemed to care about getting things right and making sure Id be comfortable. Couldnt ask for more!

Absolutely Disgusting customer service and treatment ! I turned up to my appointment to have eyebrows micro bladed at 10.30am. I waited 40 mins for treatment to start! Because they were to busy ringing other customers and trying to find their dog. I paid for micro blading, to be told my skin wasnt suitable even though iv had them done for years. So the woman went ahead with powder brows because it was quicker for her to do ! I wanted micro blading not powder brows ! Thought Id try out this place because my lady who previously done mine has fallen very ill, and unable to carry on with business. Then came the rudeness and insults one being , are you from ely? I stated no. Then was you wear loads of make up followed by is it Este Lauder foundation you wear? Because it drys out your skin. Oh your skin is very dry and tough! No wonder we can see wrinkles! Im 31 years old mind ! Then moaned for 45 mins of treatment of how she had to keep going over my brows because they kept bleeding, and moaned of how long they took the whole treatment! Then finished, to be told to pay upfront fee of 59 for top up the excuse was just to make sure you come back because no one else does .! Now I know why I have 2 very wonky eyebrows! And red was the colour she had used on me not dark brown! Very angry and upset of how the treatment went and how my brows look ! And how I was spoken too ! Luckily Iv had a refund from groupon! Now they owe me 59! Im going to wales online to show them they have ruined my brows in the colour red !!! May aswell ask my daughter to draw them in red pen look soo bad. Great service friendly staff, does tattoo removal, hair removal, fat freezing, wart removal and loads of other advance treatments. Great value for money. The shop has moved a few doors down,

Extremely professional staff. Staff were very efficient with my treatments. I was very nervous about having botox staff gave me lots of information and took time with person centred approach. I am very pleased with my results and would recommend this place to everyone outstanding aftercare will definitely be back. Thank you studio 9 for giving me my confidence back.
