If I could give this site less than 1 star I would. For starters we turned up to no personnel on site to let us in and then I was rudely told that I was meant to turn up an hour later, when I was never told a time to be there. This person was rude and not welcoming at all. Site feels like a prison. As the gate was open the person on site made a sarky comment about me blocking the gate. We came away for my father in laws birthday. They were staying in the hotel on the bay. We were then told they wouldnt be able to visit us on site, I was never told this at time of booking. The coded gate onto site doesnt open till 7:30am and doesnt open after 11pm so if your planning on having a late night at a restaurant then dont as youll be locked out. This meant we spent little to no time on site which was a shame as thats what camping is all about. Facilities on site are atrocious. Showers and toilet block are like stepping back in time. Showers are only open 8am-10pm which is again very strange. Our experience of the site and staff was that bad we left a day early. If your planning on camping at this site then dont, stay away.

Great place would def go back there. We were a group of 12. 6 adults 6 children & 3 dogs tip for the owners would be very useful if there were dog fouling bins as there werent any otherwise no issues toilets were kept clean as well as the shower block
