This is a really good site. We had a great 2 night stay. Welcomed by the owner, and helped us with directions to find the site. Although the shower room was not heated, the shower was hot and the room didn't feel cold at all. Although there is no phone reception (what a bonus) if you come out of the site for 10 yards you will pick up a signal. The site was really neat and tidy, and peaceful. We will definitely return.

(Translated by Google) Nice campsite, right next to the road - but at night it is very quiet and you mainly hear the river flowing. The online reservation of the campsite works excellently, one of the few that works smoothly. Despite this the owners hadn't seen our request (which we had made earlier in the day as she was doing a motorcycle round) we looked for a spot and hoped we had done the right thing. When we returned they came by and we were warmly welcomed, and we were allowed to stay where we were. Toilet and shower are great! Clean, warm, spacious - very nice. Dogs welcome Access to the river where you can fish or swim like a real hero. (Original) Fijne camping, wel direct naast de weg - maar in de nacht is het er erg rustig en hoor je voornamelijk de rivier stromen. De online reservering van de camping werkt uitmuntend, n van de weinige die soepel werkt. Desondanks hadden de eigenaren onze aanvraag (die we eerder op de dag hadden gemaakt nog niet gezien omdat ze een motor ronde maakte) we hebben een plekje gezocht en hoopte dat we het goed hadden gedaan. Bij terugkomst kwamen ze langs en werden we hartelijk ontvangen, en we mochten blijven staan waar we stonden. Toilet en douche zijn super! Schoon, warm, ruim - erg fijn. Honden welkom Toegang tot de rivier, waar je kunt vissen of als een echte held kan zwemmen.

Absolutely appalling service. The owner, Jill, mocked my childs disability when asked if we could pitch up next to our parents, verbally abusive in my mother in laws face infront of my two small children in our awning and when we first arrived and pulled on site (albeit we were an hour early as we had set off in plenty of time to allow for bank holiday traffic) she came straight up to me and asked who are you and what are you doing here in a really derogatory manner. Shame as it is such a pretty little site within beautiful surroundings with spotlessly clean showers & toilets.
