Went to get a price to get stove removed and tiles out in then stove out back in. Got told 80 to recommission it plus 75 per square meter for tiles. They said just send us the measurements and we will get it booked in. That was 4-5 weeks ago and nothing has happened since. Vanessa never responds and promises calls. We then went back up there last week to be told its now 180 to recommission it and 150 a square meter?!? They also said that they couldnt find our stove on heta website.a quick 2 minute search and I managed to get it up. Waste of a company, dont bother there are much better ones in the area.

Great guy who came to survey , very friendly and efficient could not praise enough. Was informed that the job would be 1,800 plus 60 commissioning fee for sign off (Over the moon) 4 weeks later and after chasing quote 6 -7times I was hit with a 2600 official quote ? Eh? Clearly far to busy and not interested in small jobs .

We got a log burner installed with built in oven, pizza and jacket potatoes come out amazing. The installation guys were brilliant, easily overcoming the challenges of my split level house. The staff back in the shop are so friendly, knowledgeable and always get back to you. If you want a log/multi fuel burner installed look no further, I can not recommend them highly enough!!
