I havent used taxis for a long time and came unstuck today. Several other firms couldnt help, but had a taxi from here within 10 minutes of calling during a busy period. Arrived quickly and got to a place in Cardiff at a great price as well. Highly recommend

My mum had a taxi booked for 12.30am from the Miners boxing night. They never showed up and their phone was off the hook so you couldn't call them. We had no phone call to let us know they wouldn't be doing the taxi. It was booked a week in advance and we were stood outside 10mins prior. AG's must think it's acceptable to leave people stranded at that time, during peak winter and with all the attacks that have been happening on women. Disgusting. Won't be using them again.

I booked a taxi on 30th May 12.10am from Porth train station due to getting back from a show in Cardiff and so I didn't want to walk home alone so late. The lady took my name and confirmed it was booked for me but when I arrived off the train there was no taxi there. I tried calling them about 20 times but it just said line busy so I assume they turned their lines off. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I then had to walk 15 mins home by myself due to there being no other taxis available, in the pitch black and as a young woman I was terrified and this induced an anxiety attack. Absolutely awful to do this to someone! Won't ever use them again.
