Doctors are brilliant when you actually get an appointment with them. Redial isn't fast enough to get through to the receptionist to actually get an appointment. 1 minute past 8 and the que is full 8.59 the que is full. There's people who desperately need their medication and can't be seen.

Impossible to get an appointment. I needed a review for new anti anxiety tablets at the doctors request a month ago...my stress levels are at boiling point as I have spent hours waiting in a queue only to be told all appointments are taken, tablets have run out. WHAT IS A PATIENT TO DO WHEN THEY CAN'T GET TO SEE A DOCTOR???? They are a flipping joke. I would go private BUT you need your doctors to set it up.

An administrative system which does not suit anyone that works full time hours, and little to no sympathy from some of the staff regarding this. An e-consult system is in place which asks for full details of your ailment but is completely disregarded by whoever reads it. A perfect example of how DANGEROUSLY underfunded our NHS currently is, and the reason why my hands will have to continue bleeding until I get to speak to someone who can actually see outside of "the system"...

Honestly if I could give no stars then I would. Wait and qu times are terrible. And when I finally made an appointment to speak to someone about my mental health it was cancelled soon after. Disgusting!
