From initial site visit and discussions with Martin at Alliance I knew we were talking to the right contractor. We had designs produced by an architect but Martin took these, added better ideas to maximise space and light and had his own architect produce drawings. They also dealt with building regs. The team converted our attic to a 2 bedroom space with on-suite and compliant stairs. The work started on programme with the majority of work being undertaken from scaffold and through the roof space meaning minimal disruption to the rest of the house My wife and I are both Civil Engineers so used to seeing construction close up. The team worked hard and to an extremely high standard of finish. A few unforeseen issues in our old house were dealt with with minimal fuss. Having all of the trades to plaster from one company made the process so much easier and the skilled craftsmen employed are a credit to Martin and Owen. I would highly recommend Alliance Lofts. I do not believe there are many companies out there who could have done the job to such a high standard with minimum fuss. All the workforce were so friendly and our kids and puppy will definitely miss them!

Currently at the end of our substantial loft conversion. Owen and his team of skilled tradesmen have been professional, extremely hard working and thorough from start to finish. We have been involved in the process throughout and any alterations & queries have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Can't thank Owen and his team enough for making the entire process so streamlined especially whilst having a little 1 at home. Thank you Alliance. From the very beginning, Alliance talked us through every step of the way, with amazing attention to detail; from amending plans and even attending meetings with the planning department on our behalf! As for the build, the whole experience was painless and extremely well managed by Martin and his team of very skilled, and incredibly hardworking tradesmen. No detail was too small, working with great care, as though it was their own home. You won't get better. We are delighted with our new master bedroom and ensuite.
