Very disappointed after what seemed a good friendly first visit. Was informed Id receive a quote, but after a week of waiting nothing but a text saying they had forgot as was busy and would sort within a week. Four weeks and a further text asking if any development, still noting. Not even a reply to my text. Unprofessional and disappointing following what was hoped to be a result.

I cannot thank this company enough as I was having a new kitchen fitted and as I needed a new PVC window the builder pointed out that if its fitted now there wont be any damage to the tiled area around the window. He contacted Elite windows who made and fitted the new window within 2 days enabling the builder to tile the kitchen. I was so impressed with their efficiency I ordered 2 new bedroom windows a few months later

Phoned to ask for a repair to my window. Was told John would come out at 9:30 today. He arrived on time looked at the repair required and said he would do it the next day. Then said he said as rain was forecast and had to go to his yard, he would pick up materials needed and come back to carry out the work there and then. Within an hour of John carrying out the repair , the heavens opened and we had a nasty down pour. But thanks to John my attic was nice and dry as no more water could get in. Thank you very much John for your prompt response, the lovely job you did and the very reasonable charge. I can now sleep easy in my bed not having to worry if my ceiling would come down. I look forward to receiving the quote for the other work we discussed. June Burch Happy customer
