Amazing friendly service Tedi was thoroughly looked after and had some lovely cuddles off the staff which helped me with any anxiety dropping him off for the first time. We were told that due to covid restrictions that we wouldn't be able to go in with Tedi but the staff were so incredible and efficient that the whole process went well. Thank you so much to all the staff at Robin Lewis Vets.

Failed to explain covid restriction when booking appointment meant I wasn't allowed in with my nervous dog to get her boosters! Wouldn't have booked the appointment had I know this. Also have seen people in other vets in the waiting rooms with their animals! Absolutely ridiculous not being clear over the restrictions and obviously no regard for animals wellbeing. On top of this they then wouldn't let me into the surgery to pay them instead expected me to give them sensitive information, my credit card number, over the phone while in a public place! So not only no regard for animals welfare but no regard for basic information security safety! Never before have I been to a vet that is such a shambles. Please I beg anyone looking for vet to avoid this place, if you care about your animals this is not the place to take them they clearly have no clue! Things go from bad to worse with this place, called to pay my bill and was told I couldn't get a receipt emailed till tomorrow! I pointed out that as payment was taken over the phone I have no idea what they charged so would need the receipt along with proof my dogs were even vaccinated as I couldn't see what happened to them so wanted the proof today only to receive an email claiming they were too busy to provide what I requested! Absolutely discusting service since the place was taken over and new owner clearly destroying this vets previously good reputation.
